Liz Kofman-Burns is a sociologist, entrepreneur, and expert in gender, leadership, and systems change. She co-founded and led Peoplism, a people strategy consulting firm, for eight years, serving over 100 corporate clients—including Nike, Wells Fargo, Workday, Lacoste, and Google—and training 25,000+ leaders. She has delivered multiple keynotes and workshops on gender, leadership, and systems change. Her writing has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Fortune, BehavioralScientist, TechCrunch, and peer-reviewed academic journals. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology from UCLA.
