About the Author
Kathy Hunt is a writer, editor, and occasional cooking instructor. She is the author of Luscious, Tender, Juicy; Herring: A Global History; and Fish Market. Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism brought Kathy to New York City in 2000 and her love of the city has kept her there ever since. Today, she and her husband divide their time between NYC and a suburb of Philadelphia.
