About the Author
Fox de Winter (they/them) is a writer of fantasy and horror with a soft spot for fairy tales. They grew up in a rural but nontraditional household, and saw The Rocky Horror Picture Show at a formative age. Gothic manor houses, hauntings, and spooky forests are some of their favorite motifs. They studied enough Latin and German to confidently not summon demons. When they aren’t writing, Fox can be found hunting for battered murder mysteries, watching horror movies, or cuddling their black cat. Ren von Lugenbach’s Absolutely Unnecessary Adventure is their debut novel.
