Adam Becker is a science journalist with a PhD in astrophysics. He is also the author of What Is Real?, a critically acclaimed book on quantum physics. In addition to his books, he has written for The New York Times, the BBC, NPR, The Atlantic,& Scientific American, Quanta, Fortune, and many other publications. He is also the host of the podcast Dreaming Against the Machine. He lives in California.
