An informative,  practical, and fascinating guide to fascia—the key to health and wellness.

No matter what the next fad workout or eating plan is, there is one powerful thing that affects every part of your being: your fascia. Like an orchestra conductor, fascia organizes the symphony of movement and communication within our body; it provides structural support and is crucial to many physiological processes.

For three decades, fascia specialist David Lesondak has been helping people improve function, reduce pain, and restore resilience. Now in The Fascia Connection, Lesondak brings his years of experience to help readers better understand their body, their health, and their wellbeing.

With chapters devoted to more general tips on mobility (including simple exercises), to specific chapters on pain, aging, and overall wellness, The Fascia Connection is a go-to guide that is engagingly informative and imminently practical.

  • “Fascia is fascinating, and David Lesondak has made it both fun and fashionable. My fellow yoga teachers will find a wealth of practical advice and important knowledge within these pages. Engaging and accessible, the book is easy to read and digest. Whether you are learning about the many conditions that show up in our classes or looking for simple, practical suggestions to help students navigate their challenges, The Fascia Connection offers valuable insights throughout. Covering topics ranging from hypermobility and chronic pain to scar tissue, joint replacements, and fascia-focused therapies, this book will help yoga teachers better understand the bodies that show up on their mats every day.”
Bernie Clark, author of The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga
  • “Tuned to the latest science in this field, but devoid of hype or jargon, it is the stories and the people illustrated by David that guide you through the journey…an easy and informative read.”
Thomas W. Myers, author of Anatomy Trains
