About the Author

Sue Weldon’s journey as an entrepreneur and healthcare advocate began with her mission to empower those facing breast and ovarian cancer. As the CEO and Founder of Unite for HER, she has devoted her life’s work to enhancing the lives of those impacted by the disease through a comprehensive, integrative approach to whole patient care. Her personal struggle with breast cancer inspired Sue to create an organization that would make a difference in not only her local community, but now nationwide. Sue, a devoted mother of three grown children, cherishes her family deeply and takes immense pride in seeing them flourish.
 
Unite for HER is a national nonprofit founded in 2009 by Sue Weldon that supports breast cancer and ovarian cancer patients by providing integrative therapies, community, education, and more resources at no personal cost.
