Scott Patterson

Scott Patterson is an American actor known for his roles as Luke Danes in Gilmore Girls (2000–2007, 2017) and Peter Strahm in the Saw film series (2007–2009). He also starred as Michael Buchanan in the NBC drama series The Event, as a Tenctonese alien commander in the TV film Alien Nation: Dark Horizon, and Harry “Sully” Sullivan on Sullivan’s Crossing. He owns his own coffee brand, Scotty P’s Big Mug Coffee, and hosts his own Gilmore Girls rewatch podcast, I Am All In. Raised in New Jersey, he attended Rutgers University, where he pursued a degree in comparative literature. He lives in Los Angeles.
